How Many Accounts Can I Have?
You can only have ONE account on Marapets. If you are found to have more than one your accounts WILL BE frozen without warning. Make sure your read the Terms and Conditions.
What should I do if my account is frozen?
If your account is banned and you are unsure why or think you have been unfairly banned you should email [email protected] to make enquiries about the banned account. Under no circumstances should you create a new account if you are hoping to get your banned account back. If you do make a new account, do not use it to play on until you are advised that your old account will not be unbanned.
I've forgotten my password, what do I do?
Go to www.marapets.com and enter your username in the Lost Password box and a temporary password will be emailed to the email address that is registered to your account. If you do not receive the temporary password you can email [email protected] for help resetting your password. Remember to email from the same email address you have registered to your Marapets account or at least tell them the email address if you are no longer using the same one. Also include some other proof that the account is yours. Passwords will not be given to anyone who cannot prove the account is theirs.
How do I update my Profile?
Go to Preferences or click the Preferences link at the left end of the top navigation bar.

How do I change my email address?
It is very important to have a valid, up-to-date email address registered to your acocunt in case you need to email us about your account. Go to Preferences or click the Preferences link at the left end of the top navigation bar.
How do I change my siggy?
Go to Forums and click Signature at the top of the page.
How do I get to become Marapets Staff?
Firstly, never ask to become a member of staff. If you want a chance to become a staff member you need to play regularly and have a good knowlege of the site and be helpful and friendly to all other players. Ian personally picks all staff members when he feels more are needed.
How do I get referrals?
If you want to refer friends to Marapets you can find your Referral Link on the Referral System page. You will earn Referral Points that are ongoing, depending on how much the players you refer play on the site. You can spend your Referral Points in the Referral Shop.
How do I add a Blog to my profile?
Go to Blogs or click the Community link in the top navigaton bar and then click the Blogs link.
