To gain the benefits of the Giftbox you should buy the Giftbox, go to your Inventory, click on the Giftbox and "use" it.

Giftboxes can only be used once and will disappear once used.

You do need to complete the Enchanted Plushie Machine Instructions to gain access to the Enchanted Plushie Machine BEFORE you can use it twice as often. Sounds obvious but so many players don't seem to realise this.
Extra Pet Giftbox Price: £4	The Extra Pet Giftbox allows you to have 1 extra pet on your account per Extra Pet Giftbox. You can use 20 Extra Pet Giftboxes to give you a total of 32 pets.
